Robert has faithfully served as a church leader, mentor, social worker, and social entrepreneur, investing his life in raising leaders, strengthening communities, and mobilizing networks of influence for lasting impact.
In 2006, Global Changers Ministry was founded by Robert, a leadership and mission movement dedicated to raising individuals committed to transforming their communities and nations. Through this movement, several impactful initiatives were birthed, including:
The G-Changers Youth Ministry – empowering young leaders for purpose and impact
The Global Call – mobilizing individuals toward mission and leadership
The Global Child Initiative – supporting vulnerable children and communities
The Changing Your Globe Campaign – inspiring people to become agents of transformation in their spheres of influence.
These initiatives helped shape a broader vision that later gave birth to another strategic arm of Robert’s work — Africa Global Missions (AGM).
Africa Global Missions has continued to expand beyond Africa to establish a growing
global footprint. London, United Kingdom, now serves as the Global Centre of Operations, positioning the organization strategically to engage international partners, institutions, and global networks.
Within Africa, South Africa serves as AGM’s Regional Africa Centre of Operations.
AGM has continued to expand to the Americas, Asia and Australia.
Through more than two decades of service, leadership, and global engagement, Robert’s work spans four interconnected areas that shape his mission and influence across nations.

As part of this commitment, Africa Global Missions is an active participant in the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative that encourages organizations to align their strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.

By the year 2050, Africa will be home to nearly 2.5 billion people—almost one quarter of the global population.
More than 60% of this population will be under the age of 25, making Africa the youngest and most energetic continent on earth.
This demographic shift will shape the future of the global economy, global culture, global leadership, and global innovation.
But population growth alone does not guarantee prosperity.
Without visionary leadership, strategic investment, strong institutions, faith-driven compassion, and global collaboration, the same demographic advantage could become a demographic crisis.
